What are the shipping options?
We are using the USPS for all shipments in order to support this vital service. At checkout you will have the option to choose Priority or Priority Express.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, all shipments are assigned a tracking number. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, along with a tracking number.

When will I receive my order?
US orders should arrive within 2-6 business days after your order has been processed. We will try our hardest to expedite the shipment as much as possible but we may encounter slightly longer processing delays due to the current circumstances.

How will my flower be packaged?
Each flower is placed in a glassine envelope to protect the surface and then shipped in a puncture-free, bend-free envelope.

Can I attach a message with a flower if I’m sending as a gift?
Yes, you have the option to add a message in the cart section during checkout. Please limit your message to 150 characters or less.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the project, all sales are final and no exchanges or refunds are possible at this time.

Can I request a specific flower that is pictured on the website or social media?
You can choose any artist that is listed in the flower shop but you cannot request a specific flower. Once you choose, Wifey will select an individual flower for you. This is part of the fun!

What if the flower I would like to buy is sold out?
Some artists will continue to contribute more, while others will only participate once. If you would like to be put on a list in the event that more are made, please email sales@shopwifey.com with ARTIST NAME/LIST in the subject line (ie: Simone Shubuck/List) and we will notify you via email if/when more become available.

How do I get in touch?
For general inquiries, please email info@shopwifey.com. For purchase-related inquiries, please email sale@shopwifey.com. If you have a question about the order you have already placed with us, you can also reply to your order confirmation email and we will respond as quickly as we can!
